Attention Viking Fans
Some people have experienced difficulties accessing the webcasts during sporting events this season.
There are two problems we are currently aware of which may be keeping you from enjoying the webcast:
Follow all of the steps in loading it, including registration and initial setup.
2. Some internet providers have set-up firewalls which do not allow live streaming due to bandwidth limitation.
You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider to find out if they have done this or not.
If you are having problems accessing the webcast, please take a moment and
email us at paul.madison@wwu.edu with the following information:
1. Time of attempted connection.
2. The type of computer you are using (PC vs. Mac).
3. The version of Real Player you are using.
4. The IP address of your computer.
This information will help us fix the problem as quickly as possible.
